Clearstream Services IT, together with Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services, offers an
attractive portfolio of value-added technology solutions for the financial services industry.

Clearstream Services IT also offers a number of Software as a Service (SaaS) and
Application Service Provision (ASP) solutions, in partnership with other independent
software vendors, including:

In addition, we offer a seamless two-way managed access to the SWIFT network for banks
and corporates through our SWIFT Service Bureau, to which additional services can be
included, such as AML, eArchiving, enhanced reporting and queries, duplicate detection
and automated reconciliation.

In 2004 Clearstream Services IT was awarded the status of “Professionnel du Secteur
Financier” (PSF) from the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance, which requires that its IT
Hosting and Managed Services activities are regulated by the Luxembourg regulatory body
Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), thereby ensuring a high quality
of services offered. Our IT operations, development, project and IT security management
processes are certified as meeting recognised International ISO Standards for Quality
Management and IT Service Management.

Clearstream Services is the IT subsidiary of Clearstream, a Deutsche Börse Group company
and leading international settlement and custody organisation offering services worldwide
for bonds, equities and investment funds. Clearstream builds and runs its own commercial
technologies and offers IT Hosting and Managed Services.
