Client registry specialist - spanish speaker
Joining a mid-sized team of professionals, you will be dedicated to the European activities of the bank, focusing on the Spanish market.

As a Client Administration Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling client account documentation and system records.

Your main responsibilities will include:
>Analyze documents in relation to the accounts' opening
>Answer all questions regarding to documentation requirements for opening and modifications of accounts
>Ensure that all customer files are in accordance with legal and internal requirements
>Open client accounts in the internal IT system
>Chase missing documents with private bankers
>Collaborate with the compliance department in Spain and in Luxembourg

Exigences:

Your profile:
>2-5 years experience at a similar position (client registry, client administration)
>Knowledge of AML and KYC is an advantage
>Good knowledge of private banking clients
>Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. French is a strong asset
>Good communication skills, well organized and team player
