Client service team leader - german speaker
As a Client Service Team Leader - German Speaker, your main responsibilities will be :

> Manage a team of 3 persons
> Organize the daily work of the team
> Train, motivate and do the appraisal of team members
> Ensure that external and internal queries are answered timely, accurately and professionally
> Where needed, chase and follow up items with experts
> Work to deadlines and show flexibility when required in order to maximize investor satisfaction
> Work constructively with internal departments to find solutions and resolve queries within agreed deadline

Our client is an international financial institution well established in Luxembourg. For its Client Service Inquiry Department, we are currently looking for a Client Service Team Leader - German Speaker.

Exigences:

Your profile:
>2-4 years experience with a first managerial experience
>Excellent knowledge of investment funds
>Understanding of regulations such as Fatca, CRS, AML/KYC
>Good communicator , problem solver
>Fluency in German and English is mandatory
