Compliance manager - banking sector
As the Compliance Manager, you will report to the Head of Global Compliance, and have an advisory role towards senior management. Your responsibilities will include:

-Identification and assessment of the compliance risk and making necessary recommendations
-Performing regular and comprehensive compliance risks assessments and testing and reporting these results to senior management
-Identifying laws and applicable regulations
-Improving the compliance procedures and policies if necessary
-Centralizing information on compliance issues
-Performing AML & KYC checks
-Making employees aware of compliance issues, and developing the necessary training programs
-Handling communication with the authorities

Our client, an international bank, is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Luxembourg office.

Exigences:

Your profile:
-7-10 years experience in a compliance function within the banking or asset management sector in Luxembourg
-Deep knowledge of the compliance norms and laws relevant to Luxembourg
-Fluency in English and French. Spanish is an advantage
-Ability to work autonomously or with a team
