Financial accountant - management company
As the Financial Accountant of the Management Company, you will work closely with the Conducting Officer in Luxembourg and the European CFO.
Your main responsibilities will include:

>Participate to the implementation of a new accounting software
>Perform daily accounting work and maintenance of accounting records
>Prepare the periodic intra-group and regulatory reporting packages
>Prepare the annual financial statements under local GAAP
>Collaborate closely with other European offices and subsidiaries
>Assist your colleagues in the preparation of VAT and tax declarations
>Be in contact with external service providers such as external auditors
>Participate to processes' improvement when necessary

Our client is an independent banking and financial group, offering private banking and asset management to European and international clients.
To support the growing activities of the Management Company, we are recruiting a Financial Accountant to join the Luxembourg team.

Exigences:

Your profile:
>2-5 years experience in general accounting
>Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Spanish is an asset
>Good knowledge of Lux GAAP. French GAAP is an asset
>Open to some travel to Paris
>Knowledge of corporate tax and VAT reporting is an advantage
>Team player, well organized, with good communication skills
