High potential junior / senior controller
As a Junior Controller, your main responsibilities will be :

- Overall financial and risk management for the entities in the portfolio
- Preparation of company's financial statements
- Participate in the Board meetings
- Liaise with auditors, external tax and legal advisors preparation of tax returns
- Insure Manager and Shareholder registers.

Our client, an important Private Equity firm, is looking for a Controller in order to reinforce its existing team .

Exigences:

- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in private equity or big four desirable
- Fluency in English
- French or German would be an asset
- Very good working knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS
- Accurate, proactive, strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
