As a qualified patent attorney, you will be in charge of :
- Advising clients on securing appropriate IP protection
- Preparing and filing patent applications and following it by being sure they are recognized and protected
- Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications through to grant
- Arranging novelty and infringement services and patent watch services
- Conducting oppositions, entitlement hearings, appeals invalidity and revocation proceedings before every relevant events
- Conducting IP audits and due diligence for investors in IP
- Having an active approach to business development opportunities
