Registration officer - 12 months contract
Our client is an international financial institution well established in Luxembourg. We are currently looking for a Registration Officer for a fixed term contract of 12 months. Joining the team in charge of Transfer Agency activity, you main responsibilities will include:
>Perform investor account opening and maintenance (KYC/AML, FATCA, CRS)
>Review all incoming shareholder and broker transaction requests to check if legal documentation is complete
>Ensure that transactions meet legal requirements both internal and external
>Analyze incomplete items for exception processing by evaluating potential risks and customer service implications
>Produce daily/monthly reporting

Exigences:
Your profile:
>At least 3 years experience in registration, AML/KYC
>Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency activity and investment funds
>Fluency in English
