Fund controller
In the Controlling team, you will report directly to the senior fund controller.Your main responsibilities will include :
- Financial consolidation and reporting for the funds
- Ensure internal controls are established
- Closing / reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Preparation of financial statements
- Calculate variances from budget
- Work under IFRS and USGaap

Exigences :
- Qualified accountant / auditor with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience in the Real Estate sector
- Knowledge on IFRS / USGaap
- Fluent in English
- Results oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and sensitivity able to work across cultural groups
