- Providing strategic legal advice in all areas in relation to specific matters related to investments and transactions
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents (such as contracts, agreements, board minutes....) for investments and strategic transactions
- Dealing with legal matters arising from investments managed by the Luxembourg team
- Coordinating with external services on specific matters

For one of our client, a global US private equity firm, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel.
Exigences :
- You have a Master Degree in Law ; LLM is a plus.
- You have min three years of experience in top tier law firms in Luxembourg or in an ambitious in-house position working on cross border transactions
- You have additional knowledge and practical experience with Tax, insolvency and foreclosure law
- Practical experience with transactions (corporate and M&A) and good knowledge on the fields of Real Estate and distressed debts fields
- Used to challenging clients and work environment
- You speak French and English fluently, any other languages would be a valuable asset
