You will be responsible for :
- Reviewing the accounting records
- Converting accounting data from US GAAP to Lux GAAP
- Accounting of some transactions
- Maintaining of loan and interest calculation schedules
- Reviewing and follow up of:
- Information provided by property managers
- Financial information provided by subsidiary entities
- Preparing:
- Periodic group reporting packages in Lux GAAP
- Financial statements Lux GAAP
- Financial analysis
- Assisting the preparation of Luxembourg VAT returns
- Being a contact for external service providers

Our client is a US based alternative investment firm created more than 20 years ago. They are managing private investment portfolios. The company manages over 100 Luxembourg companies such as family offices, insurance companies , public and private pension plans, and private funds.
Exigences :
- Qualified accountant (ACCA or similar qualification)
- 2 to 5 years professional work experience
- Experience in Big4 (audit or accounting services) or in accounting service providers with alternative investment companies
- Lux GAAP expertise
- Knowledge on :
- Luxembourg corporate tax
- VAT reporting
- Fluent in English. French is a plus
- Self-motivated, pro-active, team player, ability to work with deadlines
- Attention to details
- Very good organizational skills
