Ferrari, Lamborghini, Fiat Chrysler, PSA, Ford… Day after day, car manufacturers must close their plants all around Europe due to Covid-19.

The automobile world will not escape the heavy measures taken to slow the spread of the coronavirus in Europe. With announcements of general containment in countries where large car manufacturers house their plants, they will not escape the closure of these plants to confine their staff either.

In recent days, factories have announced the closure of their production: Renault, Seat, Ford and Nissan plants in Spain; Ferrari and Lamborghini in Italy; the Fiat group is closing plants in Italy, Serbia and Poland; the PSA group is closing its plants in France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland and Slovakia; and the PSA group is closing its plants in the United Kingdom, Poland and Slovakia.

Its closures will cause, among other things, delays in the launch of new vehicles.
