The 5th edition of Pitch Your Startup (PYSU) will be held in Luxembourg on May 21st, 2019, during ICT Spring. Local and international startups can already apply online to try to win the €100.000 prize. Participation is free of charge.
In cooperation with Luxinnovation, Docler Holding launched the PYSU initiative in 2014 in order to gather local and international players, but also to support the country’s startup scene, to attract international attention, and to foster innovative ideas. Since 2016, the international tech summit ICT Spring is home of the Pitch Your Startup contest. ICT Spring is an annual tech summit dedicated to expanding networks for decision makers in IT, finance, banking, and the web, as well as marketers, investors, entrepreneurs, innovation managers, startups, researchers and venture capitalists across Europe.
As in previous years, the PYSU is reserved for startups that have an average turnover of less than 500.000 Euros and a headcount of maximum 15 persons.
This year, 60 startups will have a chance to pitch on May 21st in Luxembourg. They must fall into one of the four following categories: FinTech and RegTech; Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Big Data; Smart living and Cybersecurity. Each startup will have 3 minutes and 33 seconds to pitch, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A with the jury composed of seasoned international experts.

Winners of the 2019 PYSU competition will be announced on May 21st, during the ICT Gala Dinner (separate registration required).
